What information we collect

When you sign up to download the Life Balance Guide or join the Time Well Lived Community, I collect your first name and email address. That is it.

If you use the contact form on the site, I also receive whatever you choose to share in that message.

How we use your information

Your name and email are used solely to send you the resource you requested and the occasional monthly email from the Time Well Lived Community. I do not sell your data. I do not share it with third parties except Mailchimp, which I use to manage and send emails, and which has its own privacy policy at mailchimp.com.

 

How to unsubscribe

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it at any time and you will be removed from the list immediately. No questions asked.

 

Cookies

This site is built on Wix, which uses cookies for standard website functionality. You can find details of Wix's cookie policy at wix.com. I do not run any additional tracking or advertising cookies.

 

Your rights
