Hi, I'm Ben.
I built this because I have been out of balance more times than I would like to admit, and these six pillars are what I kept coming back to when I needed to find my footing again.
A couple of significant life events pushed me to get serious about my finances and my health. Nothing dramatic to share, but enough to make me stop, take stock, and start being more intentional about how I was living.
The wellness side came later and slowly. I started going to the gym properly in my early forties and spent years learning about nutrition, recovery, sleep and movement. Picking through a lot of noise to find what actually works. I am nearly 49 now and honestly feel stronger, calmer and clearer than I did a decade ago.
That is what I want to pass on here.
Not a perfect system. Not a guru telling you what to do. Just someone who has done a lot of the hard work of figuring it out, and wants to make it simpler for you than it was for me.
Some of these pillars I feel solid in. Others I am still working on. That feels about right for most of us.
This is a growing collection of ideas, tools and practical resources, all built around the same six areas I return to again and again. If even one of them helps you rebalance something that has been drifting, it will have been worth it.
